The national park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft stretches over an area of about 80,500 hectares. In the west the headland slowly narrowing the sea – in the east the chalk cliff with the Königsstuhl (the king's seat), and in between lively, busy coastal towns and dreamy, quaint little villages.

The hiking and bicycle routes are excellent so that you can explore and discover the region on your own. But you can also simply join one of the guided tours and excursions on offer.
