Cuisine – Rich of our in-house creativity
Highly professional cooks and confectioners take care about the comfort of our guests. Your heart beats for the native Cuisine. Freshly caught fish, Borner pastured lamb, game from Darß, Bavarian farm duck are for any menu.
Incidentally: we produce the fish fingers by delicate Bodden-Zander for the the little ones.
By the way: fish sticks for the smallest gourmets are prepared with a delicate pike perch.
The confectionery – sweetly to seduce so
and variegated
Our confectioners impress by more than 140 sorts of in-house made pastries. We suggest you to taste “Namenlostorte” with light and soft biscuit base, delicate chocolate cream, breeze of dog rose jelly and muffled with marzipan and chocolate. Swedish apple tart is popular among our guests from the South. For the delicate rose meringue and fine homemade Marzipan, our pastry chefs have recently been using their own made rose-water. For this and for many other different purposes Carolin has created a small rose garden.
